This document describes how your personal and device information is collected, processed, and safeguarded when using our smart fountains and web portals under the protection of Canada\'s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (OPC).

1. The Information We Collect

We process two categories of data:

  • Direct Identity Information: Your name, email, shipping address, and credit credentials submitted during product checkout or customer support enquiries.
  • Pet Hydration and Device Telemetry: Water volume consumed, system temperature metrics, Wi-Fi status logs, and active mobile identification collar tags.

We do not lease, trade, or sell personal records to third-party marketing companies. Data is exclusively shared with trusted infrastructure providers (such as Amazon Web Services for database hosting) and verified shipping logistics networks to deliver purchases.

4. Data Subject Rights in Canada

Under PIPEDA, you hold individual rights to access and correct the personal records we maintain. You have the right to request a complete export of your pet\'s consumption logs or demand total database deletion at any time. 5. Minor Safeguards

Our intelligent pet systems and app are not designed for children. We do not deliberately gather data from anyone under the age of 13 in Canada. If you suspect your child has registered an account, email us for prompt removal.
