Welcome to KatFlow. These Terms & Conditions govern your acquisition of our smart pet fountains and the licensing of our cloud application. By accessing our resources, you confirm your legal agreement to comply with our localized guidelines.
Our active telemetry is engineered strictly as a wellness support tool to assist you in tracking water consumption. It is not a replacement for professional veterinary diagnosis or urgent medical treatment. You assume total responsibility for supervising your pet\'s physical condition.
All prices listed on this site are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to amend pricing models without prior notification. In the event of ordering errors, we reserve the right to cancel transactions and process a full refund to the original payment method.
KatFlow provides a comprehensive 12-month hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal home use. This warranty does not cover issues resulting from pet chewing, external physical impacts, or immersion of electric components in deep standing water.
Our proprietary active sensors, app design templates, corporate branding graphics, and research content are owned by KatFlow Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international trademark regulations.
These terms shall be governed strictly by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any legal proceedings related to our software or hardware shall be initiated exclusively in courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
